Ivory & Arch began in 2011 when Dr Amelia Hartley walked out of a busy corporate practice and into an empty Georgian consulting room on Welbeck Street. She'd grown weary of ten-minute appointments and treatment targets, and wanted to build somewhere that felt more like a calm consulting room than a factory line.
The name says it plainly: ivory for the smiles we care for, arch for the gentle curve of a healthy bite — and for the elegant Marylebone arches just outside our window. Fifteen years on, we're still independent, still on the same street, and still giving every patient the time they deserve.
Today a small, hand-picked team carries that ethos forward: unhurried care, honest advice, and cosmetic work refined enough to be invisible. We measure success not in throughput, but in how many nervous patients learn to relax in the chair.
We'll only ever recommend treatment you genuinely need, costed up front and in plain English. If watchful waiting is the right call, that's what we'll say.
