Birch & Banya was built in a former joinery on the Brentford waterside by people who grew up with heat bathing — Finnish saunas, Russian banyas, Turkish steam — and missed it in London.
We kept what matters: real wood heat, proper cold, and silence. No screens, no thumping music, no rush. Just the circuit, repeated until your shoulders drop.
It’s a place to do almost nothing, on purpose.
