Your questions, answered
Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergens?
Always. There's a vegan and gluten-free version of nearly every dish, and our oat and soya milks are no extra charge. Full allergen information for all 14 regulated allergens is printed on every menu and available from any of the team.
If you're booking for a group, pop your requirements in the notes at checkout and we'll have everything ready — no awkward conversations on the day.
Are dogs welcome?
Very. Well-behaved dogs are welcome throughout the café and on the pavement terrace — there are water bowls by the door and a jar of biscuits behind the counter. We just ask that they stay on a lead and off the furniture. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere, of course.
Is there Wi-Fi, and can I work here?
Yes — fast, free Wi-Fi and plenty of plug sockets, and we love a laptop crowd on weekday mornings. We do ask that you pause the laptops between 11am and 2pm at weekends so everyone can get a table for brunch. A coffee or two an hour keeps everybody happy.
How do bookings and cancellations work?
Table reservations are free and held for 15 minutes past your time. Bottomless brunch and classes are paid in advance to secure your place; let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we'll happily move or refund you. Walk-ins are always welcome too — we keep a few tables back every day.
Is the café accessible and child-friendly?
The café is step-free from the street with an accessible WC and baby-change. We've high chairs, a proper children's menu, room for prams and a little box of books and crayons. Babies, toddlers and grandparents are all part of the furniture here.
