Selected work

Schemes we're proud of.

A handful of recent projects across north-west London. Each began as a feeling the owner couldn't quite name — and ended as a room that finally behaves after dark.

Lighting design · Primrose Hill

A Victorian terrace that forgot how to relax

The brief

A double-fronted family home with harsh, single-pendant rooms. The owners loved the house by day and avoided the living spaces by night. They wanted "somewhere you'd want to read, not be interrogated."

The work

We layered the ground floor: warm-dim downlights on the perimeter, discreet picture lights, table-lamp circuits on five-amp sockets, and three scene presets on a single wall keypad — Morning, Supper and Wind-down.

Rewire & lighting · Marylebone

A mansion-flat kitchen, rebuilt from the cable up

The brief

A 1930s mansion flat mid-renovation. The kitchen wiring was original and unsafe, and the new island needed lighting that could switch from sharp prep-light to soft supper-glow.

The work

A full kitchen rewire with a new sub-board, then a tuneable-white scheme: crisp linear light over the worktops, a warm pendant trio above the island, and under-cabinet strips on their own dimmer.

Garden & exterior · Kentish Town

A courtyard garden that opens up at dusk

The brief

A small walled garden the owners only used in daylight. They wanted it to feel like an outdoor room in the evenings — without a single glaring floodlight.

The work

Weatherproof low-level path lights, three warm uplights grazing the brickwork, and a hidden spot washing the fig tree — all on a dusk-to-dusk timer and a single garden circuit.

Smart wiring & EV · Camden

One home, finally on speaking terms

The brief

A tech-fluent couple with mismatched smart switches, a new EV on order, and no joined-up control. They wanted "everything in one app, and the car charged by morning."

The work

We rationalised the lighting onto one platform with whole-home scenes, added a load-balanced 7kW charger to the driveway, and set an overnight off-peak charging schedule.
