The music comes first
Every ride is built around a hand-picked playlist. Our instructors are part DJ — the track dictates the climb, the sprint and the recovery. If the music’s right, the work takes care of itself.
We were tired of fitness that felt like a chore. So we built the most fun forty-five minutes in North-West London — and put it on a bike.
Cyclone started because our founder, Nadia, kept skipping the gym. Not because she didn’t want to be fit — because it was joyless. The lighting, the silence, the rows of treadmills facing a wall. She wanted the feeling of a great night out, with the payoff of a proper workout.
In 2022 she took on a leaky railway arch off Kilburn High Road, soundproofed it, hung a serious sound system and a few hundred candles, and filled it with forty-eight bikes. Cyclone opened that autumn to a packed first class and a queue out the door for the second.
Today the leaderboard screen is the most-watched thing in NW6. Riders come for the playlists, stay for the community, and leave drenched and grinning. We didn’t reinvent the bike — we just made the room a place you actually want to be.

No mirrors, no judgement, lights down low. Beginners ride next to regulars and nobody can tell the difference in the dark. The leaderboard is opt-in — the welcome is not.
Every bike tracks your power, cadence and distance. Watch your numbers climb week on week — real progress you can see, not just a vague hope you’re getting fitter.
Founder & Lead Instructor
The reason Cyclone exists. Nadia still teaches the Friday Candlelit session and curates half the studio’s playlists herself.
Head of Climb & Sprint
A former track cyclist with a brutal sense of timing. If your legs are shaking at minute fifty, that’s Tariq doing his job.
Rhythm & Strength Lead
Choreographer turned instructor. Erin’s rhythm rides feel less like a workout and more like a routine you can’t wait to nail.
Dawn Express & Community
The cheeriest 6:30am voice in London. Jaime runs the early crew and somehow makes the before-work ride the best part of your day.
The only way to understand Cyclone is to feel the room. Book a class, claim your free first ride, or drop us a line.
