Our toughest hour. Long, heavy climbs out of the saddle, then flat-out sprints against the clock. This is the ride for the leaderboard chasers — bring your legs and your competitive streak.
The full-body hit. Thirty minutes riding the beat on the bike, then off for thirty minutes on the mat with light weights for arms, shoulders, core and back. Cardio and tone in one tidy hour.
Half the time, all the buzz. A sharp thirty-minute rhythm ride built for the before-work crowd — in, sweaty, showered and out the door. The fastest way to start your day on a high.
Our late-night signature. Lights right down, hundreds of candles, a slower-building soulful playlist and a long, meditative ride. The most atmospheric forty-five minutes in NW6 — bar none.
The whole studio, your way. Up to twenty bikes, your own instructor and a playlist you choose. Birthdays, team socials, hen and stag dos — the most fun you’ll have getting a sweat on together.
All classes run in our single candlelit studio off Kilburn High Road. Members book a week ahead; pay-as-you-ride opens 48 hours before.
