How a job goes

From the first message to a working safe, usually the same visit.

  1. You message or call

Send a photo of the safe and the lock on WhatsApp if you can. Nick replies himself.

  2. Nick confirms the price

He identifies the make and lock, tells you what it will cost and when he can come.

  3. Opened on site, without damage

Manipulation, decoding or precision drilling through the lock only, then a proper repair.

  4. Back in service

New keys cut or the lock reset on the spot, so you are not locked out again tomorrow.

What customers say

Most of Nick's work comes from people who were recommended to him.

Inherited a safe with no key and no idea of the combination. Nick had it open in under an hour with no marks on it and cut two keys there and then.
Sample review, Chelmsford
Our shop safe keypad died on a Saturday with the takings inside. Quoted a price on the phone, turned up when he said, price didn't change.
Sample review, Bromley
Two other locksmiths said it would have to be cut open. Nick opened it, serviced it and it's still in use.
Sample review, Maidstone

These are sample reviews to show the layout. They will be replaced with Nick's verified Google reviews before launch.
