Lost keys, a forgotten combination, a keypad that has died or a lock that has failed internally. Whatever the cause, the aim is the same: open it cleanly and leave you with a working safe.

Nick starts with manipulation and decoding, which leave no trace. When drilling is the only option it goes through the lock alone, in a spot that can be repaired and re-plated, so the safe keeps its security rating.

Safe keys are not high-street keys. Nick cuts them on professional safe-lock equipment to the original specification, from an existing key or from the lock itself when every key has gone.

Most lockouts start as a stiff key, a sticky handle or a keypad that needs two tries. A service catches that early. Nick strips, cleans and adjusts the lock and boltwork, checks the relocker and replaces batteries and worn parts.
